Do I need a Wooden Dummy or special equipment to start?
No! Level 1 (Siu Nim Tao) and Level 2 (Chum Kiu) require no equipment at all. When you reach Section 1 of Muk Yan Jong, you can either practice on a standard wooden dummy or use shadow-stepping drills.
How does Luma AI coaching work alongside Sifu Leo's lessons?
